Helga Bailey is the founder and owner of Start-Up Services GmbH. She has more than 25 years of industry experience in finance, marketing, sales and corporate and marketing communications. Ms. Bailey’s educational background is in Business Administration, along with a degree as an interpreter and translator for technical English. She has resided with her family in many parts of the United States and Germany. Ms. Bailey also owns and operates one of Germany’s top high tech public relations and marketing communications agencies, HBI Helga Bailey GmbH, founded in 1983.
