Start-Up Services is delighted to announce that we have successfully earned recertification for the EuRA Global Quality Seal. Since 2010, Start-Up Services is the proud holder of this worldwide leading quality seal for relocation providers. By passing the audit, we have renewed the seal until February 2020.

Every two years, we are audited by DQS, an external German certification body. The audit process was jointly developed by the European Relocation Association (EuRA) and DQS who have implemented a streamlined international audit standard that sets the benchmark for excellence in service provision and process management.

Start-Up Services fulfills high EuRA Global Quality Seal Standards

The EuRA Global Quality Seal, is the world’s first accreditation program for relocation and immigration providers and is based on an ISO 9001 process management model. The seal specifies the processes and KPI’s that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services and is intended to streamline the provider selection process by giving clients confidence in their choice of relocation service providers. The basis of receiving the seal is the successful completion of a comprehensive certification process combined with a defined methodology for the delivery of relocation services.

Service Excellence is expressed in consistent immediate attention to the client and the transferee, which is reflected not only in the Start-Up Services Mission statement “Prompt – Proactive – Truly Committed. Since 1983“ but also in offering professional solutions and support, adhering to the transferee’s expectations and the client’s relocation policies at all times.

As the certificate of the EuRA Global Quality Seal shows, we have undergone successfully an external audit process including amongst others the assessment of extensive documentation, internal trainings and an onsite visit.
