Start-Up Services wins Award for excellence in customer orientation

At the occasion of the EuRa conference in Porto in April 2015, Start-Up Services won the Circle of Excellence Award for their outstanding customer satisfaction for services in the global mobility and relocation sector. The award was conferred by American International Relocation Solutions (AIReS) during their partner summit to honor destination service providers for their excellence in customer orientation.

Excellent customer guidance in the relocation service was awarded

Every year American International Relocation Solutions (AIReS) awards the best destination service providers with this honor. Start-up Services reached over 96% customer satisfaction amongst its (assisted) assignees and the AIReS Case Managers in the year 2014. Especially the high motivation of the Start-Up Services team to go the extra mile also amongst extraordinary circumstances like short-notice visits and executive support was highlighted.

Service quality and customer focus convinced

After each completed relocation AIReS conducts an evaluation of the services delivered amongst the transferees via phone and reaches an over-average response rate of 72%. Also the AIReS Case Managers got to rate Start-Up Services performance in terms of cooperation and reliability. Adding these results together Start-Up Services could reach the best rating amongst AIReS’ relocation service partners worldwide.
